In her first job as a case supervisor, working with children with developmental delays she was introduced to the field of ABA and took her coursework at National University. She has been highly successful in reducing inappropriate behaviors from severe to mild such as aggressive, self-injurious, tantrum and self-stimulatory or stereotypy behaviors, as well as replacing them with functional and alternative behaviors.
